G.A.A. 2025.

Down Vs Louth was entertaining. Louth shocking in the first half, some key blocks by Down, the width of a post and perhaps a phantom wide between the teams.

So, I hear that the northern counties were at it again in Cork.
Kerry should never have finished with 15 men but such is referring of the Kingdom.

Half time scuffle with Joe O’Connor deservedly put on his hole.

Bit of a meh game that Dublin v Armsgh match. Armagh had a brilliant 10 min period midway through the 1st half that Dublin had no answer for. Armagh looked like they are starting to go through the gears now with a few coming back although a better team could've won that.

Dublin's basic skill set has gone to absolute pieces in the last 2 years. No idea what Dessie is working on with them in training but it's not kicking, catching and passing.

Dublin likely still qualify but way way off it. Thought we had solved the Midfield hole left by Brian Fenton with O'Cofaigh Byrne but he has aways to go yet.

It was a bit meh alright. The draw earlier may have taken a bit of the sting out of it. Compared to the league game Dublin have really worked on their movement but the stupid positioning indiscipline and caution, reminded me of a team struggling with pressure, maybe the pressure of the rest of the pack catching up, and playing to the muscle memory of the previous system.

Felt sorry for Farrell and the infringements, few more not called, could see him screaming at his own players.
With big Con back the Dubs are still a top 5 team.

Congrats to Armagh fully deserved.

Missed the game unfortunately as have been traveling, what I saw from our perspective was too many wides, you can’t have that level of inefficiency in Championship football and expect t to win games, the positive is the chances created, one day it clicks.

Great to see Lee Gannon back and another stretch in the kegs for a lot of these young players.

Be great to get the point at least vs Derry and roll the dice from there.

Great match, tight and tense the whole way. Penalties definitely no way to decide it, surely there has to be room in the calendar for a replay
