Conrad and Maeve have to be 2 of the worst lead characters ever cast. Last few episodes were really poor.

I think Brosnan and Mirren were having the time of their lives. I thought Brosnan was great, don't know what people are talking about

It's excellent so far Joe, will second this. Been a long time since a Netflix drama grabbed me like this

The first Nordic one was very good - but crammed into 2 hours - this one is the full story I expect more inline with the book that was written I watched the 2nd one last night gripping stuff

….the wonderful Dame Helen Mirren, Academy Award winner, getting on for 80yo now. She also has an Irish accent in 1923, I got the impression she was just having a laugh.

She’s great but not for that role - strange casting indeed

Watched the first episode of De Niro’s ‘Zero Day’ on Netflix. Wasn’t bad to be fair but it’s got the hallmarks of a ‘Yankee patriotism love in’ brewing

Finished it last night.

Nearly chucked it after the first 2 episodes as didn't rate it.
But boy am I glad I stuck with it.

Mirren, Brosnan and Hardy were brilliant and Considine came into his own as it progressed.
Even Toby Jones cameo was very good.

Enjoyed it and will defo watch the 2nd series.

I kept watching Mobland for some unknown reason, it really was a massive turd of a show given who was involved.

I don't know what's up with Guy Richie and his boner for rich aristocratic gangsters. He has this cliche idea of old school london gangster culture which if you live in UK and London just seems completely ridiculous and out of touch with the reality of it. I know its a TV show but still...
