…..I’d imagine the £30m is wide of the mark, could see it about half of that with plenty of performance related add-ons & even a sell-on %.

I wouldn't go with the sell on percentage as that just keeps the transfer alive in the minds of both sets of supporters to beat their own club up - I would think that the 2 American owners know when it's best to not consider that part of a deal - so probably a slightly higher up front payment and some element of performnce related add ons would be my guess.

With the obvious caveat that this isn't just some click bait never going to happen rumour.

I watch a lot of Boro games as I have a Boro mate that lives over the road, so I have seen Doak many times probably 15 odd times and he was excellent up until his injury. Of all the players in the championship I have seen him and Esteve of Burnley are the two I would like Everton to sign.
