Other Clubs Transfer Window 2025-2026.

I think Wolves are i. Trouble next year.

They're still in PSR mess, the owner is more unpopular than a lovechild of Kenwright and Moshiri.

Ait Nouri and Cubha out leaves them with very few quality players.
I read they won more game with Cunha out than when he played. Probably be ok given how promoted teams have fared recently

Aye, although I have a feeling that Leeds might stay up this year you know. Not sure who'll come down though.

I think the gap is big and getting bigger (the five subs rule is a game changer as well), but there were some particularly unsuited clubs in recent years. Luton obviously, Sheff U with no money, Burnley with a team that in the champ was made up of loans they lost, Southampton with a style of play that was insane for this level, Ipswich with a double promotion and the same squad from league one etc.
Allowing 9 subs on matchday is just diluting the quality to the leagues below with the teams higher up having bigger squads

I think first and foremost his family won’t let him anywhere near the PL (at least in the shorter term), it worked for his brother.

But as others have said, they’re really shrewd when it comes to his image and reputation - and realise that he can go to a team who will be in the CL and dominate the ball, vs. a team that will be battered every week.

FWIW I think it’s a good thing and more players should be thinking about the impact of signing for the wrong club just for a short term wage bump. When we were in our “banter era” we wrecked so many players careers who joined for the wages, and were made to look crap in our system/ the negativity around the place.
Ya agree mate. Going abroad has worked out for alot of British players who might have otherwise lost their way at English clubs

Wish they'd pull them up...not arsed if you're making your repayments on time...

You can't be over a billion in debt. Laying off every hourly paid member of staff and crying poverty. And still spending millions and paying silly wages ...

If you truly want to prevent clubs from destroying themselves then the likes of utd need to be made an example of...

Absolutely mad when you think we had to go through the PL for a season or 2 to get the go ahead to sign anyone. Had to selling our most valuable players. Bought very little with genuine money over probably 5 windows and still had the book thrown at us. While this lot keep going around like Johnny big balls. Where the hell is the fairness in competition in that
