LFC Parade Incident

Big difference between terrorising by a teacher and terrorist. The latter being to use violence for a political, religious, ideological cause.

Hope all recover, an awful thing to happen.
Agreed, mate.
That's my point, though... The definition includes everything from a harsh disciplinarian, to a radical fundamentalist.

Just separate to this incident - I'm now seeing reports of absolute chaos with the trains. Queueing systems have completely failed and a couple trains have actually left Lime Street almost completely empty!! people getting really angry and it's causing a fair bit of unrest.

Absolutely abysmal planning from those in charge of our city once again. Genuinely fear for what's in store for us next season with BMD...
Hopefully this will give them a real kick up the backside

Just been messaged that a good friend of mines cousin and son both got hit. Both in hospital both are going to be ok.
Glad to hear they'll be OK, hope they will cope with the trauma in good time.

I've checked in with a few friends but my sis-in-law cant get hold of her cousin who's over from Oz. I imagine there's hundreds of families going through similar. 😔

It's increasingly sounding like a road rage incident where the driver lost patience, some in the crowd (might have) reacted angrily, and then he's completely lost his head, causing carnage. All completely unnecessary and an absolutely sickening way for the day to end.

Im not being funny, but why on earth is he there anyway?

Everyone knows they had a parade on today, the only place he can drive away from the Stand is up Exchange St East.

So where's he going? What's he thinking?
Hopefully the scumbags that initially attack the car can also be identified. Most people have the mate it's jammed best turn around approach.
There's one in particular in the videos hope he realises his role and gets his.
A tragedy that a cop or steward in the right place stops it immediately.

I remember a similar-looking incident several years back somewhere in Europe where a guy in a car somehow ended up in the middle of a parade and had some panic attack and just floored it to get away.
