I was sold on him when I saw him getting involved after the full time whistle in the 2-2 game Vs Liverpool, He hadn't been at Everton a wet day and he was right in there.
 

Interesting that Moyes was way more bullish on signing Delap than he was on this chico

Said he did well today in his after-match presser but wouldn’t be pressed any further. Let’s see.

Whereas Delap is apparently definitely someone we would be interested in.

A bit odd. Wonder who else he’d rather have?

Possible now we have missed the obligation and it’s now purely a negotiation, Moyes doesn’t want to go “oh he’s amazing, we simply must have him.” Operation tight-arse.

Charley’s smiley little “hopefully see you soon” on his post match message is hopefully a teaser rather than a plea.
