Ex players on the pitch Sunday:

The coverage of whole occasion was massive here in Australia on the Optus app, but It can't be recorded.
We had over 3 hours of the match with pre and post game activity around Goodison, and 13 mini documentaries
I've watched it all about 3 times and it will be available to replay for a few more days but will be gone then.

There were videos and DVD's years ago, but not now and would have liked to keep it all forever.

….so much stuff on internet that’ll be there forever, Jeff. The hour clip put together by the club is very good (been posted on here).

…I presumed it was his carer or a family member.
Its just my older brother was saddened by seeing him like that - & raved about how good he would have been other for that strict ban as Nobby styles would never been in the England 1966 side - he claimed he was World Class Tony Kay & a future Captain of our Club -

Labby always stated - he was a big headed so & so - but he was a great player & Bally would have loved him in our team , but we may have never seen Ball, Harvey & Kendall.....

And this illustrates more than anything the fact that the club was far too cautious in making Hill Dickinson a mere 53,000 capacity.

60,000, at a bare minimum, should have been the capacity.

I have no doubt the new owners, or subsequent future owners, will address this issue in the future.

But right now I feel EFC has short changed itself.
100% agree.

Who was leading Tony Kay out poor Tony looked in bad nick ? was it Bob Latchford?
It was billy Wright

I think the most obvious surprises missing are Kevin Ratcliffe, Tony Hibbert and Daniel Amokachi, possibly the Yak as well.
