El Crapico: Spurse vs ManUre

My season ticket holding utd mate reckons he's out of his depth and no idea how to set the squalid set of overrated players hs has up. Because i'm his mate i don't mention we finished in a league position they could only dream of👌
I think I said in another thread - these “system managers” are myths. If you can’t be pragmatic you’re a bad manager

Yes, I've been delicate with my United supporting best pal, too. He did feel that winning tonight might be the worst outcome - but he still wanted to win. I hadn't the heart to say we are six points clear of them and that this is, arguably, the worst period in the history of Everton Football Club. I'm no fan of Moyes - but he has shown up Amorim and United this season.

Same here.

He’s a clown of a manager and his attitude stinks, can’t stand the misery hole talking to the press, bus tickets on himself like he’s a friggin miracle worker.
It’s absolutely unbelievable how lucky they’ve been in Europe as well that has allowed this farce to occur. No teams dropping into it from the Champions League, expanded group stage meaning you can lose far more games, absolutely dream draw…

Any competent ownership sacks him before he even gets back to British soil.

It's not a coincidence that the most successful manager in 21st century football is Carlo Ancelotti - the master pragmatist.
Sir Alex was pragmatic to an extent as well. He was a master at getting results in tough away legs of European ties. Then they would go more attacking and use the fans at home.

I just don't see how this style Amorim is using will ever work at United.

The best managers are willing to adapt and try different things. They might have a preferred style, but they will change it if they think it's the right to do.
