Yeah DCL is better technically than Beto but always injured and never scores.
Beto can take a chance but isn't the best technically.
Mateta can score and lead the line ( don't get me wrong he's hardly Alan Shearer or Harry Kane standard)
We need two strikers DCL will be off to another club IMO ....

Not from what ive seen. Hes quite clumsy on the ball at times. Both same age and mateta hasnt really done anything until this and last season. Bit of a nothing player before that.

Didn’t Maupay score 8 last season for Brentford with quite a few assists? He wasn’t very good for Everton playing as a 5ft.8in. striker because we didn’t have any fit strikers but playing alongside a proper striker he wasn’t too bad.

We need to look for a better alternative to be our starting striker. But we definitely should not sell him. He’s a handful, scores goals and squad depth is vital.

Yeah, neither were particularly close. He was ok yesterday, had a few nice touches. But we're playing against a mid-table Championship club.
Tough to criticize yesterday, but I'm not sure many in the team had really good games despite the score and the opposition.

He’s definitely improving and if we are hoping for 12-17th he will do a job, If you want to finish too 10 or challenge Europe we have no chance with him as the main striker.
The tough part is finding one, and one who is willing to come here, United have threw £150 million on two players who were very highly rated in Europe and Beto has been better than both of them.

Mateta is a level above Beto in every single way. He would fit in at a top team quite easily. He’s at Palace so not a sexy enough name for the media to big him up like they do with lesser strikers.
He is capable of 10-15 goals per season under moyes. We still need better but would keep Beto until we know an incoming striker will actually score goals for us. Chermiti is an unknown quantity, DCL proven lack of finishing. I think Beto starts next season and is there to be removed with an actual goal scoring striker
