Turned on SSN expecting to see them reporting live from the ground this morning, them remembered they hate us and there's not a mention.

They'd be camped around Anfield if it was them...

I'm not from Liverpool but ever since going to Goodison for the first time as a six year old it felt like home and that's because of all you nutty Evertonians, I said my goodbyes a few games ago but I hope everyone going today is able to send her off in style. Embrace every last moment and bottle as much of the emotions as you can because we'll need it for the new gaff. The first strain of z cars will be spine tingling. There are places I remember...

I’m sad that today is the day we leave, but tbh I’m mostly pleased that today is the day it’ll be done. The day we cross that long-imagined threshold. What I mean is, I think I’m more keen to move on than I am sad to leave. Probably heretical!

After 58 years of watching games at Goodison, I made my last pilgrimage with friends and family to the West Ham match a few weeks ago.
To all Evertonians who are fortunate enough to attend today have an absolute brilliant day, it'll be a once in a lifetime experience.
Let's hope for a win with a good performance, most of all stay safe and a trouble free journey to those travelling.
I am up in Scotland and will be having a few beers watching the game with 2 mates, one a blue and one a red whose Evertonian Dad lives directly opposite BMD across the Mersey..
Sad day, end of an era but also the beginning of a new adventure.

Wake up? what’s sleep? Ain’t slept a wink.

First time I can remember feeling nervous about a footy match but not because of the match itself, really weird.

Obviously I want us to win, but I’ve hardly thought about the actual game, it’s been everything else about Goodison that’s filled my head, that’s all the really matters.

Thank God (and Davie) that were safe and there’s no real jeopardy to the game today, I think that world have been unbearable.

Also, the women staying has really helped me deal with leaving Goodison, even though I’m still a mess.
I’m not sure I could have even gone today or what state I would have been in if she was getting by bulldozed.

I did my last visit to Goodison for the City game and said my goodbyes then. I knew I would not be successful in the ballot so decided to go away on holiday.
I’m currently in Andalucia and watching all the videos being posted is very emotional.
I won’t be there but my son will be and he has some of his Grandad’s ashes to be with him and hopefully be able to get someone to scatter them on the pitch.

I will be watching in a bar in Granada.
