When you're worth multiple billions an odd ten million a year is chicken feed. And you obviously speculate to accumulate. If he'd done a deal to sponsor the Toyota Stadium that enabled us to put together a squad to get European football then he starts to get his investment back far quicker.

I don't think he's selling many Toyotas in Texas by sponsoring a football stadium in Liverpool.

I'm pretty sure he knows how to manage his money better than any of us.

The deal could be real and the firm owners just some capable Blues. It's the kind of blue money burning each of us do, if possible, just on a larger scale. Good on them I say, if that's the case.

This is exactly it, this is how sponsorship works .

It’s a good deal. Could be a precursor to a huge deal next time, very least is it sets a precedent to what the rights are worth. If we’ve somehow blagged being inside the top 15 in the world even then we’ve done ridiculously well.
