Player Valuation: £6m
Moves around the midfield with the grace of a HGV in reverse. If this club wants to move forward we should be wishing him the best on his future endeavours in the summer.
I’m actually a bigger Doucs fan than most but those are some tone deaf comments to make in public. The lack of self awareness by some footballers is staggering.
To be so poor technically, to produce so little yet get paid circa £120k per week and think that's good value and even deserving of a pay rise is beyond belief.
I'm actually pleased by his comments though because hopefully that's the final nail in his coffin as an Everton player.

Wonder what someone like Branthwaite who out performs him every single game on probably half the wage makes of it.
Anyway, he’s set his stall out and that’s probably the end of it because I’m sure Moyes and the club will feel that our highest earners should be our best performers. The interesting part is whether anyone else is going to match or improve his salary since he won’t take less.
Wow didn't mind him staying..... pay rise na looks like he's spitting the dummy out....
Yeah he surely has at least an offer that matches what he’s on now otherwise he’s just jumped out the plane without a parachute. Like I say I still quite like him but if he has that I’m happy for him to take it and go.He's clearly off mate, those comments are made by a man with a future contract in the bag and a move lined up.
Got some minerals on him tbf, totally deluded nonetheless.Well, the midfielder has clapped back at the supporters who say this, as speaking to the Fozcast, Doucoure has made his stance very clear.
“I see Everton fans saying to lower my wages. I’m amazed, I deserve to have my salary right now,” Doucoure said.
“To be honest, I won’t readjust my salary to stay at the club. I’ve seen Mo Salah get a pay rise.
“I’m playing every season, I’m important for the club, no, I should have an increase!”
“People talk about my salary, and I’m just surprised, like, no, I’m sorry, I don’t agree with this.”
Bye bye abdoulaye
Yikes!
Battle lines drawn!
