Which player, in hindsight, do you think regrets leaving the club ?

Lescott would be obvious one, yes he played a minimal role in them winning league, and played a few games in Europe, but he was a no mark at City. Richarlison moved to a side with countless strikers, where he was never going to be loved. I don't think we would of been in relegation trouble if he had stayed. The amount of games in 22/23 where players missed sitters was ridiculous. Gravesen was another one, and Felaini. I don't begrudge Rooney or Stones because they actually went on to better things. But players who pointlessly leave going to a club when they aren't guaranteed starters is moronic. Gordon is a rat, but I understand why he left.

Taking Fellaini as an example: he left Everton and in doing so pocketed an extra million per year. In joining Man U, he gave himself a much better chance of winning silverware and playing at the highest level, with better players around him. He didn't grow up supporting Everton, so it's probably not a big wrench to leave. If you think about times you've changed jobs- did you ever look back and say I really wish I had stayed there?

Sorry, it's well-established fact that if you say things like Barkley or Gordon, this is how I reply.

I should say I forgive Rico. He had ambitions, they had 'Arry Kane, he went there. He didn't hold out for the worst time possible. He just happened to leave when we had to make a bad deal. Club circumstances aren't on him.
