You can't win it in the first session, but you can certainly lose it.

From 7-1 it was always a struggle, finishes 18-12. Closest he got was 5 frames was it? Shame the Williams tonight didn't turn up in the earlier sessions, I suspect Trump might remind him of that.

Some great matches this year, but no amount of eulogising over Williams can disguise the fact that the final was a damp squib. There was little tension, and most of the frames were one sided, can't hardly remember many frames that went to the colours.
