No issue with Moyes at this point in time. We have a terrible squad and I think the new owners will give him a couple of seasons to make us top half and then we’ll go for new blood.

There will 100% be a slow start next season just based in how many new players we need. Add Moyes on top, and you can be certain we wont be going until october at the earliest.

Agreed, Martinez was another mediocre managerial appointment but no denying we played some good attacking football in his first season.

Nothing to do with accepting mediocrity, it's about realising what state the clubs been in recently. We've had manager after manager and continued to go backwards. If he gets us around the same places he used to it'll give the next manager a good base to take us forward like Martinez benefitted from Moyes organisation before his own methods failed dramatically.

You seem to think TFG coming is some sort of magic wand that'll instantly make us great again, I suggest a reality check for you.

Hardly relevant, just because Howe did it doesn't automatically mean our next manager will or we'd have done it already.

Forest, Villa, Bournemouth, Newcastle all went from bottom to top quickly with a single managerial change and a bit of money (not lots though).

Amazingly they all sacked crap dinosaur British managers right before their ascent!
