If it had been possible to guarantee us 39 points with three games to go when David Moyes arrived we would’ve taken that.

Off course we would have. But that doesnt take away a poor showing again . and not getting many wins over the weeks. Feels like the safety thing is the easy get out of jail card used for me, as well as the Goodison Sentimentality stuff. I want wins only. The final Goodison stuff and countdown etc, i just dont personally care about.

Moyes post match interview - No mention about how poor our strikers are! If they don't have TWO new strikers in and the goals aren't coming start of next season, he's going to feel real pressure early on. There will be nowhere to hide.

He slagged off Beto last week for his touch leading to the goal. Beto managed a goal today and we were 2 - 0 up. The entire team should be capable of maintaining the lead.

Arsenal are pushing us hard for that, harder than they’ve done to win the title. We’ve drawn 1 more game than them.

Mind you if you turn half of their draws into wins and we turn half of our draws into wins and half of our losses into draws or wins then think of a number and divide by 3 the table looks a whole lot better.

That was awful. How did we not get a free kick for the blatant pull on Patterson's collar, dragging him to the ground moments before thier second goal? It was as clear as daylight.

If we got a free kick there, they wouldn't have scored. It was as simple as that.

We did the same last season. Performed well for about a month. So things haven't really changed since Dyche. New manager bounce has deffo gone down the swanny. Absolutely shocking today. Played OK for about 10 mins and scored 2 then let one of the worst teams in premiership history get a draw out of it. Appalling.

The team is basically the same team that played under Sean Dyche, David Moyes has managed to get something out of them but he was never going to be able to turn them into a winning team. The squad is made up of one or two good players but in the main they are mediocre players and players who are not of Premier League quality. No manager will be able to turn that squad into a top half team unless he can bring in 5 starting players.
