Yeah that's my thought too. It could also explain why so many tickets have disappeared before the Tuesday (all members) sales all season.

If the Monday sales over the season were all taken up by 15+ from last season, then the 18+ (guaranteed) and 15+ (first ballot) should in theory have left only a handful of tickets for the main ballot.

Instead, there were more tickets available at the end of the 15+ window on Wednesday than I saw at any point this season in the all members sale on a Tuesday, even when I got through immediately because there was no queue to speak of. It was always individual seats and a scramble to get them.

The numbers definitely didn't add up, and as you say it's probably supporter's clubs allocations not being applied to supporter numbers.
Good they, supporter clubs, gobbling up all the tickets for once off attendees made it so much harder to get tickets all year.

Bring your girlfriends/wives.

'Mingling' or simply 'hanging out'?

I can't believe I've managed to find a McCarthy & Stone guest suite available (Southport) for that weekend! Mrs TT and myself will be staying in Southport Saturday, Sunday and Monday! We'll dine in Southport on Saturday evening, watch the game in an Everton pub close to GP (recommendations welcome), mingle with the fans after the match and visit BMD on Monday. It's a 4½-5½ hour drive from Sidcup and there's no way I'm driving back on Sunday night, or driving anywhere on Sunday for that matter!

It would be great to meet up with some GOTers over the weekend. Mrs TT assures me that she's a little old lady  and gets nervous around drunken men, but I told her the men she's likely to meet are as old, or older, than me!

PM me if you're up for a meet up with a sophisticated London geezer!

We've sold out our allocation. Really looking forward to it!

Presumably I won't yet be able to go and have a look at the new place? Shame as it may be a while before we visit.

If you've got the time around transport you can go down there easily, it's not far from the city, or Goodison. Can see it from the road, and it's pretty imposing. Would recommend if the timing works for you, though taxis would be advisable if you haven't got a lot of time

Dont mind people selling there own tickets for decent profit tbh nature of the beast isnt it and a one off

Dont agree with weekly touts etc but something like this if the buyer is happy and seller is happy dont see the issue

A lot of USA supporters got tickets for the final game, I'm assuming it's part of the new owners jumping on the commercial benefit of their target market.
