Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Wonder if Hojlund maybe available on loan when Man Utd buy another striker. They seem to lend out their expensive players who don’t work out. Think he would be good for us.
Most people will say no, based on his last 12 months or so with United but there's definitely a player in there. Also one of the few United players who doesn't earn insane wages. Think he was on Thewell's radar at one point

It's not a popular opinion but I agree that he could become a decent striker.

He is desperately short of confidence but in Serie A showed fantastic promise for his age.

Why ? Been turd for Utd. Not convinced he'd fair any better here
Better than DCL, Borja & Beto for starters, would want to prove himself, & we may be able to negotiate a reasonable loan fee so we can afford to buy some players instead of extending contracts on players who have demonstrated that they aren’t good enough.

Having said that developing strikers is not one of Moyes strengths.

Isak to Man Utd? What kind of crazy move would that be?
Isak will be staying at Newcastle.
Yeah the only way Isak goes is up; Arsenal would be great for him and they need a top striker, but he'd just as well fit in at Bayern or any other top team. Brilliant player, he'd easily fetch over £100m.

I think it all depends on how it is presented to the player. New owners, new stadium, bright future, with the opportunity to be the main forward. I actually think it could be presented as a very exciting opportunity to be honest.

Jack harrison over hitting crosses over his head.

Mykolenko failing time and time again to get a cross over the first man.

james Gardner and his superb corner routine.

Delap must be licking his lips at the prospect of joining the blues.

Knight showed good promise at Derby and was hoping we might be in for him back then but he has stagnated since. Championship is his level really
Yeah I agree though he's captain of Bristol City so the right kind of character. Anyway there's a chance Bristol City come up through the play offs so if that happens no way would they sell him anyway
