Heard the new owners want the land all the way down to Jesse Hartley Way. This will include a hotel on the dock next to the stadium, with the intention of a Singapore style garden covering the rest of the land leading up to the hotel/ stadium. Very keen for a docking point for boats to go in somewhere near the stadium as well.

After the 8 they took off us last season I don't want to hear any more about docking points.

Seems to have gone very quiet on that front. The talk was Qatar Airways. I'm beginning to think, as with Spurs, that the sort of figures they might be looking for just aren't available in the market, and discretionary corporate spending like this might take a hit with economic uncertainty.

There'll be an announcement tomorrow now after saying this.
