When we won at Anfield during lockdown, was I happy? If we won at Anfield with spectators it would of been 100 times better. RS haven't been as good this season as they were in 2019 or 2022. Had they won league or Champions League in 2022, they'd of been unbearable. Had they pipped a prime City side in 2022 to title, it would have hurt more, than them winning league this season. Of course it will be recorded as their 20th league title, however Arsenals continual dropping of points, is reason why RS have won it this early. It's not because they are like City side of 2018, could of easily beat us 8-1 at GP.

Considering you're not bothered about them winning you have put a lot of thought into it.

Imagine turning up at your ground with your Candy football shirt and a 4 pack of special brew and watching tourists with a bag of goodies and a camera going in to the match to sit in seats that the club doesn't want you in anymore.
Sure I am jealous of the success they have had but if it means that our club ends up in a similar situation to them I can honestly say I would not want it.

Of course I am bothered by their winning the league, it would be silly of any of us to say otherwise, but the way they have won it is a bit of a damp squib, which we know eats them up as they are struggling to make it truly all about them. Especially true is Arsenal win the Champions League, and maybe even if Palace win the FA Cup as that will be a very unique and great achievement.

Oh, and also if we have Forest's season. If they qualify for the Champions League and then Nuno Espírito Santo starts to get Manager of the Year, and/or other accolades thrown at them, it will push them further down the news chain. This will really get to their cult like egos.

Was weirdly quiet by mine last night. Broad Green, near the motorway and about 5 mins from Old Swan. Would've expected the nearby pubs/bars/streets to be booming but no... not a peep. Barely even a firework heard all night.
