I dont agree against that Chelsea side. I dont rate them at all. I'd take about 3 of their players.

I think if we picked a shared XI not many of ours would be anywhere near it. That's why they're 4th and we're in the bottom half. Not a reflection on how good they are just what we have at our disposal.

But the constant calls for him to be replaced in the summer are ludicrous

I think it is time for our American owners to step in and break up Doucore and Moyes. Whatever is going on there needs to end immediately

Maybe, but I wouldn't want us to sign more than a couple of them. Even in a hypothetical situation where we had unlimited amounts of money

Totally agree with you.

Some very short memories.

With Dyche we had a poor manager with a poor squad of players.

Moyes is a better manager, but he got 1 loan to fix the squad. The players he had have improved as he is a better manager but they are still a poor squad of players so he has only has a squad of generally poor players to pick from.

Go into nearly any player thread of any of the players who appeared today (barring branthwaite and Ndiaye) and you will see multiple posts about them not being good enough players and needing replaced if we are to improve. Even Pickford gets crap like that.

Generous. Pickford and branthwaite would get in their side. No one else makes their bench

I honestly don't think they are very good. Just because we aren't very good either doesn't change that. If we can't get to their level quickly then something is going badly wrong because they are incredibly average

Don't want him replaced. However, and I have been consistent with this, I don't want him in charge of transfers. As today shows, he favours very limited players. That is not what we want longer term, we want to build an exciting side.

And let's be fair, Moyes has always been poor at identifying attackers. Pienaar, Arteta, Yakubu and Mirallas were the only really good ones he signed for us, and by all accounts Pienaar and Arteta were Irvine picks.

At West Ham, it was just Bowen and Kudus, and again there is debate about who pushed for Kudus.
