6 + 2 Point Deductions

I’m more and more believing the theory that Moshiri expected endless funds to cover everything prior to the invasion of Ukraine and had no contingency plan for the shadow funds evaporating. I’m glad we’re clear of the whole regime.

I will stand by my assertion that he’s the worst owner in English football history until I’m presented with some evidence to the contrary. He nearly put Everton Football Club out of business.

Flavio Briatore at QPR must surely be a contender.

Oh there are contenders. But the scale of Moshiri’s mismanagement beats them all out. We were borrowing £200m from companies that didn’t even exist to keep the lights on. He tried to sell us to a group of chancers that were months away from going bust.

We really had a lucky escape.

We did, but that nutter at QPR had a wage bill of 110% of the gate receipts, work that one out ???

Wasn’t ours 94% of our revenue at one point? And he was accepting hundreds of millions from 777 to keep the club going, money that was fraudulently gained. People will realise in years to come how close we came to oblivion under that clown. That’s before you even open up the can of worms that was Usmanov’s illegal involvement in the club in the first place. We can be thankful someone at the PL got a big fat brown envelope to stop digging any further into that one.

Yet we still never had to fight it in the courts and have the transfer of ownership forced for the value of debts owed, to the bank it was owed to.

777 was the closest we’ve been to the destruction of the club

Horrifying that some people actually backed those chancers too

Wish these new owners would kick up a right fuss about all this, Bournemouth now.
I know we can't get points back but get the stain of our name, and Forest.
Absolutely despise the leather skinned Masters, PL corrupt AF.
Take these bar stewards for everything, go to the high court, get it publicised as much as possible, don't stop until Masters resigns and the PL has a reset.

I may be wrong but isn't this what TFG have just done - they bought EFC then Moshiri wrote off his £450m shareholder loan ?

His predecessor was worse as 1) he didn’t do anything with the club and allowed us to stagnate at his own personal benefit meaning we lost our status and went trophyless and 2) he was also a key decision maker under Moshiri. Yes Moshiri near ended us due to the war, and funds drying up with abhorrent decision making but Kenwright was also part of that regime at least in footballing terms
