Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has claimed a takeover hijack could move “very quickly” with the club’s situation not as bad as most fear.

Speaking on the new edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed any interested buyers should look to spread the Toffees’ reported £550million debt over “10 years” and fund the completion of the state-of-the-art new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.

Overall 777 are toast lids.

No one is lending them money now and they don’t have any so they can take us over.

Only a matter time now it seems to me until Moshiri or they pull the plug.
It feels that way but I hesitate as it would mean the Esk was right for once. I wonder who these vultures are waiting in the shadows

Sure no one ever thought of that Keith. FFS.

Why not 20 years.

Clickbait.

I must have missed this, presume it’s done the rounds at some point. Nafaji Companies (Nafaji being a founder of MSP) have already worked with 777.

STX Entertainment, the Robert Simonds-founded film and TV studio that once hoped to compete with Hollywood majors by focusing on mid-budget, talent-driven projects, has found another buyer in an investor consortium led by Najafi Companies. Investment firms AS Birch Grove LP and 777 Partners joined in financing the deal, which was unveiled Friday.”

Doesn’t really mean much, plenty of paths cross, but is this how 777 appeared on the scene with Mosh? Surely a “clever” structure was afoot. If there was, 777 are doing a grand job buggering it up, along with RMF.

Blindfolded 3d chess while drunk.

Do they extend to low budget, low talent driven projects?

This isn't a defence of 777 but a reminder that absolutely anything can be put in these lawsuits and having read a couple, in America in particular they are written to be as extreme and extravagant as possible in their allegations and their language, and to get exactly the sort of media response this one has gotten.

The number of allegations against them is of course impossible to ignore....but there's been precious few actual judgements.
