Not that it'll make the slightest difference but I'll likely be swerving this one. Shame, I was looking forward to it after missing out on the last one too.
I just refuse to endorse it.
Terribly sorry for your loss. My first wife died of cancer in 2007 and the one thing I learned was not to try to handle it alone. Reach out -- to friends, trusted co-workers, even the motley crew that is GOT. In time, I hope, your pain will diminish.
@Pilks
I’m sure if you need any further support @GrandOldTeam and myself will be more than happy to signpost or help.
Extremely sorry again for your loss.
So sorry for your loss mate. I'm glad you feel comfortable enough to share with the people on here.
I can agree with the sentiment of getting a shelter pet. A dog or a cat that needs a loving soul. But that depends entirely if and when you feel...
Thoughts to you @Pilks
I can't even begin to comprehend how youre feeling, but thankfully there are places like this forum where people can support you.
Far from an empty gesture, and im sure you'll have a plethora of offers, but feel free to...
Not Irish, but I found the Falls and Shankill Road murals sobering reminders of how fragile peace is, as well as terribly sad testaments to the darker side of humanity.
Can also vouch for Maddens pub. Spent a night there drinking and listening to Irish music. One of the best pub experiences I've ever had, and also one of the worst hangovers.
Not at all mate. It's huge tourist draw and and interesting to hear the history from different perspectives. I have done the tour myself.
Depending how confident you are the loca bars in those types of areas are the places to go for cheap beer...
My sincerest condolences to you.
I have no idea how you must be feeling right now so will echo what others have said. Talking about it is a positive step forward, give yourself time and space to grieve and most importantly take care of yourself 🩵
