It’s a really weird ‘memory’ of him. He was basically just the jack harrison of the time, a bog standard winger who did an alright job for the team in his own way but clearly wasn’t actually very good.
I remember the groans every time he gave away possession cheaply. In his entire career he has 15 goals (5 for Everton) and 18 assists (3 for Everton). That's for a winger. That's a pretty terrible record. You were obviously very easily amazed.
