    I suppose the argument would be that a regulator might have blocked that takeover but the way Boris Johnson was crawling all over the Saudis at the time I really don't think that would've been the case.

    We've got government regulators of the water and rail industries, how's that going? I'm not sure why anybody thinks a government regulator will be effective.
