If this summer has taught us anything it is that some Evertonians will tie themselves up in knots to justify literally any decision made by the club.

One of our major issues is goals and end product, players like him are not the solution. A sad state of affairs if he comes back. People will justify it though, even if it’s in the hope they can annoy supposed fellow fans .
