Terrible news. On their way to see us this afternoon @anjelikaferrett and @Barnfred 55 were involved in a serious road traffic accident just north of Bootle. From what I can gather both are ok although likely to have suffered whiplash and other...

Say what you will, Ashley Young gives more to his club than many players half his age. He stays fit and match-ready. Even now, he stabilized us a number of times. He seems a class act and I wish him all the best 💙.

Glad of this. Keeps Everton in the area and fans can still visit, go to a game etc. much better than a carpark or block of flats ending up over the old Goodison. Least they have come out with the news before Sunday too
