Travers is a solid backup keeper, even if he's a few mill, but wanting to join a club where he'll definitely be back-up at his age? Strange. No complaints ability-wise though. Frees Tyrer up for, hopefully, a lower Champ loan.

Yeah not against this at all. Very competent competition. Could be crucial for a good cup run. If the club feel the price is right, let’s get it sorted quickly

So long as they have goals in the team, they’ll probably be fine. I think the players they’ve lost so far are easily replaceable. Really comes down to do they keep Mbuemo and Wissa - or at least one of them They have a good recruitment team...

Seems strange that we’re willing to spend money on a backup GK when there’s plenty available for free (do think Travers would be a very reliable backup though).
