He needs a run of games for confidence. Has a final ball but needs to drive forward and use his dribbling ability. Precocious talent that needs to be unlocked.

Grealish would be brilliant at number 10 if we had out and out wingers on either flank and a good striker who can find himself space in the box. Up to Moyes and the recruitment team to identify this issue in January.
