This went well, he ended the season with the same number of goals as Michael Keane and one less than Fabian Schar.

They all had us already relegated because Beto can't control a football or whatever blatant exaggeration they were pedalling at the time. Except that got showed up big time when he blasted goals in to secure our safety. They know who they are.

stop arguing. Facts are he doesn’t score and hardly plays cos of injury. We need much much better

One of the biggest lessons of our past decline is stop harbouring players of limited ability or poor fitness records.Dom is one of them. Get shut and move.on. Alternatively keep players like him and stay in decline.

Hope is not a strategy. He is what he is and what he is sadly isn’t good enough if we want to progress. I don’t know why it’s even a debate. He’s had literally hundreds of chances to prove he’s good enough to progress the team. He just isn’t.

If Stake are all paid up, wouldn’t mind seeing EITC or something stadium related for a year. They’ll probably chase the money though.

We probably won’t make Europe, but if we did, you just know it would turn into a problem-simply because we’re Everton. Being the first club banned from Europe over multi-club ownership would be the most Everton thing ever, and another first to...

100% everyone wants a striker. Always. They are the highest value players and biggest game changes by far. Their value can sky rocket on the back of a purple patch. It's why beating Moyes with the can't sign strikers stick is crazy. He bought...

I get the sense teams are going to do their business much earlier this year than other seasons. I hope we are ready to get players in quickly within the next month, before the start of pre season

I dont dislike him as a person even a little bit, because I dont know him even a little bit. I just think its obvious we should employ someone else as our striker.

Mentions several Everton managers but not Moyes. Talks about wanting to play in the Champions League but doesn't say he'd like to do it with Everton. Says he can't talk about the future yet because he's still got a contract with Everton. I...

Always good to have players in the team that the fans seem to have a connection with and a soft spot for. Alcaraz and Beto are two that are up there for that

We had an obligation to buy if he started a few more games apparently, which would have avoided that possibility. Fortunately, it would appear Thelwell shrewdly included a contingency to get a deal done before the end of May, so no harm done...
