I think it's fine for every team to offer a minutes silence after that a line should be drawn under it.

Wouldn't promoting one of the clubs to the next level also solve the problem, although it shouldn't be a problem after all there aren't rules in place that forbid multi club ownership so UEFA allow it but make an issue out of it at the same time.
