Rumours at preston end saying Cannon going to Sunderland. Anything from Everton end?

I'd be surprised if it was a permanent transfer as we weren't willing to pay the fee required for Simms, and it seems you lot rate Cannon higher than him therefore would probably cost more than the former. Loan likely if anything. The lad our end is usually good with info. Guess we will see.

For comparison, Alex Scott at Bristol is being touted at 20m and Kane Lewis-Potter was 20m and both these players have less numbers than Clarke. 25-30m in today's market like.
