They are probably testing procedures for fan plaza concerts etc when ticket and security checks will have to be done at the wall gates. I imagine there will be no checks at the wall for games once the stadium's open.

It was a joke, mediocre at best admittedly. I suppose alluding to how people distance themselves and their minds from thinking how meat gets to their plate so they can still eat it.

Meat licenses, that's what I say. You are only issued with one if you have visited an abattoir. To obtain foie gras or veal, an enhanced license is granted if you can squeeze an animal of your choosing to death.
