I'd say it will be very unlikely you will get tickets bought from the release date. Resale platform would be best bet if you don't get the foreverblue+.

I got a ticket for the Brighton match with Forever Blue membership on the Friday after the FB+ ballot closed.

SIn theory yes, in practice depends on demand. That membership level is back of the queue, time will tell if the + membership is worth the extra money or just FOMO.
