Ideally, because of our position in the league and assuming we give out the old 5 year contracts, we can sign around five 20mil players this summer. Or a couple more if they are free. So 100mil in transfer kitty sounds about right.
Super that we got this smashing player. Using FM logic, a shorter contract can mean lower wages than normal or we are making a habit of giving out 3 year contracts at the maximum.
If it’s 12 million, a 2 year deal is 6 million per. 5 year deal is 2.4 mil. That 3.6 million difference is another 18 million spend this window (3.6 x 5 years).

With the ownership change, actual cash shouldn't be an issue. It's likely spelled out in the loan agreement as well.
PSR could be an issue, doesn't seem likely. It would be a 50-100k charge on the 24-25 accounts if purchased before June 30th.
