Sorry to hear your news Pilks, hope you're holding up OK. As much as we're mostly a gang of knobheads on here it's a great outlet with some decent people so lean on it as much as you need to help you through it. All the best mate

I know somebody who goes to a group for those who have lost their spouses, they regularly meet in and around Merseyside, this may well be useless information if your not local, but it's helped him meeting with those going through similar issue.
