Not yet we don't. The clubs have agreed a fee but Naisy hasn't decided if he is going or is staying to fight for his place. Few other clubs interested as we know.

We finished the previous three seasons 6,6 and 7th, that group of players in my opinion over achieved last season. The point I was making was that to break into the top 4 we have to spend big. To compare guys like Naisy to world class players like Hazard is madness.

how exactly is that a well founded opinion? Hazard plays in a team full of quality.You are comparing apples with oranges,the players you have mentioned are all £25+ million, Naisy was a free transfer. The team over achieved last season by mounting a challenge for 4th spot, we need to be realistic.
