    I saw that if he plays next season, that will be 17 seasons in a row playing for Everton, level with Neville Southall. I don't think there's anyone who has spent longer in the first team.

    Things like this just don't help. I understand she's his partner and wants to defend him but sometimes you've got to think of the bigger picture. It is hard because they're real people aside from footballers but sometimes saying nothing is better...

    I don't think anybody has been particuarly cruel. Fact of the matter is that him/his wife, and father for that matter, seem to have very thin skin and can't handle any criticism. He's in a cut throat world, and he's been paid in the region of £20...

    His wife really hasn’t done him any favours tbh. Posting that he’s in the top 3 top goal scorers at Goodison ‘ever’ the other week for starters.
