The only player who’s arguable going to be missed from the players who finished the season pretty well is Doucoure. Most of the rest will be in place.
No point rushing and getting the wrong players in.
In an ideal world all signings would be...
…easier said than done. Deals are worth £millions, lawyers and agents involved looking for the best % for themselves and their clients.
Maybe different if you’re Real Madrid, but I imagine it’s often difficult to get deals over the line with so...
I think he just wanted to get away from the abuse he has suffered at times here.
Like most English clubs, we have a toxic underbelly amongst our supporters and he became a convenient target for these cerebrally challenged lowlifes at times.
They...
I am not a fan of Jack Harrison but maybe Moyes sees him as a back up for a small or no amount of money then he would be able to splurge more on a better winger. Moyes has seen him play and train and lets be honest the last manager didn't exactly...
I think the above list puts into perspective the quality thats generally available at back up center half in the league As a defensive group we have as good as any outside of maybe four teams in the league, we do need a couple of back up...
I have to agree! I wonder if he painted himself into a corner last year turning down a move and a new contract waiting for a big pay day elsewhere and then the 24/25 season happened and he missed big chances looked decidedly average and then was...
On the subject of the number 9 shirt, I can't post about DCL any where else now, but surely he doesn't think he'll get more, or even the same
money at whoever takes him on as he got here.
I am not his biggest fan, but cannot deny he always leaves everything on the pitch and clearly cares about the club. Think we can do much worse for a backup winger. A starting RW is a must and Harrison surely cannot be that player.
This. Does lots of tidy stuff that goes unnoticed by many but being available for a pass and then moving it on is more than useful, especially when you consider how slow we were in possession under Dyche when he was injured.
Will he be a regular...
I know Garner isn't everyones favorite but if you look at the ratios of wins when he came back from injury after Christmas compared to before it was a important return( I know there was many other factors after Christmas moyes etc) but his off...
I said previous he looked like a donkey but looking deeper he’s had a very good trajectory from the step up in leagues. He has finishing ability wherever he goes, something we’ve been lacking with DCL.
Let’s see how he adapts to the big time.
I have no idea what his wages are but as I am not a accountant for Everton I have to trust they know what they are doing. As a back up player a good signing.
