Coleman is actually stealing a living now as a footballer. I’m all for keeping him in the club if he adds value behind the scenes. But if he gets another playing contract then it’s beyond grim. -

Every pound we save on a backup full back goes to other areas of the pitch. There will be other out of contract players signed, I have no doubt. Just too many players to recruit all at once.

I think coufal would have been the other option if not young…same scenario though, young is dependable, great pro and if he doesn’t start too many hopefully will have a solid impact at some points in the season.

Whilst it’s quite embarrassing, he’s often been one of our most solid players this year. If he stays, hopefully can use him as he was always meant to be used, very very sparingly across a few positions. I can only assume his salary demands...
