It's all conjecture at minute that was just my mates opinion looking at the video,wings and he said the fact it only hit 600ft he was of the opinion the flaps weren't extended. It will all come out in the wash.

Same thing happened to a Spanair flight Madrid airport early 2000s. Flaps not extended for takeoff. Apparently it’s almost certain doom to take without flaps extended. The takeoff video isn’t clear but there doesn’t seem to be flaps extended...
