Miners used to take Cheese & Jam butties down the pit as with all the dust their sandwiches stayed moist at break time - they also chewed tobacco to spit the dust out ....

Inspired by Steve Ovett I did 800m and retired after a 1 minute 58s performance as an 18 year old since training for that was knackering my sprint speed at the togger, which i much preferred playing.
