We've done that sort of fee twice in the last 8 years for Gylfi and Richy. It would seem oo hot a deal for us with the wages on top but 40m is the new 20m from just a few years ago. Your 30m deals the 10m to 15m with that lower bracket now... -

In the 90s mate teams could make transfers all year round. Except for a couple of months at the end of the season - I think it was April and May when you couldn't buy, presumably so that teams could focus on the serious business of winning...
