Yeah I haven't watched much of this tournament but from what I've read I'd imagine the Germans to be the favourites. They've been doing well again at youth level recently so I'd expect them to be a force again at senior level soon (unfortunately)
Yup, our old friends the Germans again, we lost too them in the group stages. we haven't been great at the back in some games so it will be interesting to see how the CB get on with Woltemade who has been the standout player of the tournament.

It's a stable long term loan of about £400 million over 20+ years, so approx £20 million a year. The naming rights deal is approximately £7 million and if you take the extra 13 thousand seats x 20 matches x £75 a seat is just under £20 million so...
Genuine question: in the short term, are we expecting the new stadium to be a net benefit to, or drain on, the clubs finances when the debt is set off against the increased match revenue? I'm not talking PSR; I mean in terms of actual available cash.
Long way to go for us in terms of recruitment but nice to start the ball rolling with this one. Going to be a long hard season no doubt but it's sure good to be back in the PL and can't wait to visit your new gaff .
I hope he does prove to be decent or one to develop...there is potential. I have a feeling he'll just massively frustrate us though and leave in couple of years for way less than we purchased him for.
