They priced him at €40m before Lampard arrived, allegedly. FFP is a three year thing so it'd be good to get what the they'd see as over his market value for him and have freedom to splurge when they're allowed.

A winger would be nice but not essential, I'd put our kitty into securing Zouma. Chelsea won't say no to €50m you'd imagine. Unless we've scouted a similarly pacey, strong centre back and its on the works.
