Forever + membership only gets you access to the ballot at this stage, then an advanced window on Friday.

It did it to me as well. Click the head and shoulders outline on the top right and it should take you to the membership log-in page and then eventually back to the ticket page.

Despite having two Forever + memberships and a teen, the dear old Everton site tells me I don't have any and am ineligible to join the ballot. £160 for this!
