I hear you - we need 2 RW's, go for the easier back up/has potential RW then shoot for the moon. There are (naturally) more players who fit that criteria than the world beater criteria.

RB I can kind of understand, JO’B fits in the role of we’re doing that 4-2-3-1 to 5-4-1 in ball out of ball tactic we did last year. RW though is a horrific fail. Absolutely horrendous not to have that covered.
