Why can't we do anything right

Why didn't they just wait like Spurs have then? This was supposed to be our opportunity at global reach but they went with a local solicitors that no one has heard of. It's embarrassing really

New stadium, new owners, same old Everton. Smalltime mentality.

This new stadium, new owners, new manager, new squad bubble is slowly deflating….

Never understand this huge influence stuff. I hear it from previous soundbites from players and managers, but what exactly is he influencing now? As much as I love him. He is not improving standards, not playing games, not wearing the armband...

Honestly it's abysmal to keep Seamus as a player on a Premier League salary. And guess what? Looks like he's still got no intention at all of retiring from international duty. This is why he's not an Everton legend, or even a modern-day one...

Very underwhelming. There has to be better utility players available on a free in the summer that have more motivation, appetite and ability than Young. He'll be 40 years of age and he's been offered another contract with a premier league team...

Out of all the ones who leave this summer as it stands I'd keep Gana and Alcaraz only.

I’d say 2 new capable, athletic first team full backs would immediately transform the way the team can play and would lessen the need for the cloggers in other positions who can only put a shift in and are allergic to the ball. Having capable...

Get off it! 75k for Doucoure next season? That'd put him amongst our top five or six earners! No contract should be offered under any circumstances - time to let him go, alongside Keane, DC Lewin, Begovic, Young and Coleman.

Moyes will take us forward next season but the lust for success amongst the fans is at fever pitch now. Anything less than derby wins, wins away at top teams, going deep in cups, and finishing in Europe I just think won’t be accepted by some...

Could never shake his attitude/application under Lampard. Sat on the ball during warm ups etc. Thanks for some massive goals fella, but longed the day we're not relying on his composure in the final third.

An increase.... I need to take this attitude for my pay review. Important goals... just the 3, in the number 10 role. Blokes delusional, he can hardly pass a ball.

Hope this means he's gone. 32 years of age with a 1 in 10 goal scoring record this season thinking he deserves more. Epitomises the modern footballer. Shocking player and, now, clearly a poor attitude. Good riddance.
