Yes please!
I’m curious to see how his profile would bridge + £7.8 mill a year in breaking our wage structure on top of an initial £7.8mill.
Total cost £15.8 mill.
Would three of them buy Jack Grealish jerseys, if not then what’s the point. He’s also disliked in areas.
Does he have a bigger profile than say Pickford.
I think anyone who arrived temporarily to a work place short term and was on double the money of the highest earner would leave an unsettled and disgruntled work force mate.
I agree though ways and means, your earlier suggestion is prob a good...
Maybe mate but its economies of scale. You can see the disparity in deals, for arguably not much in any deviance in impact.
Im not sure Grealish's profile moves the dial, that commercially makes breaking our wage structure viable, in the way say...
Id disagree mate, i think if he came in and we smashed the wage structure for a year, i think it would be problematic, logically it can be anything else. Why do we think footballers would be understanding of this..i think in any work place people...
Agree to differ, as i said i know which one id be investing in for the future.
Also thats not true, Ndiyae is a young player and doing pretty much goal scoring wise and threat wise what Grealish has done elsewhere.
Dont know about that mate. I know which one id like for the next 10 years.
Take Illy say Grealish scores 7 goals next season and Illy gets double digits again, would he be in his right to go look for a 150k a week deal.....
We've been here...
Branthwaite.
Illy is on very low wages. I can think of a few others.
While we also have contract renewals up, its not just breaking the structure its the inflation in baseline wage - if your an agent, you say to yourself this is as far as...
Thats a shout mate, more likely then not id say. Be 150k a week and 7.8 mill to City.
Premium loan...15.5 mill for the year.........worth it.........
We paid £7 mill to Chelsea to loan Zouma for a year.
I mean you could potentially pay half his wages say but also pay a loan fee to allow city to add to them . So you get it nearer without potentially disrupting everyone .
I doubt lads who've committed 4-5 years of their lives and committed to the club would be happy with someone coming in for a year and being paid more then anyone else mate.
Big test this for TFG, you cant break the wage structure without causing disharmony.
Currently i think we are tipping 140 -150k for our best - though Pickford is renegotiating.
